Good Morning Dance for Active Seniors

I am leading a Morning Dance Program for seniors in Mississauga every Tuesday and Thursday, 10 - 11 am. Classes are designed to help improve or maintain muscle and bone strength and improve cardiovascular health. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!  Modifications will also be offered for those who may require extra assistance. Have fun moving and learning - all in very good company!
